- Broker Name: The official name of the broker being nominated.
- Contact Email: A valid email address for communication regarding the nomination.
- Contact Name: The name of the person submitting the nomination.
- Web URL: The URL of the Broker Website submitting the nomination. This field requires the input of a valid web address that directs to the official website of the broker being nominated. It serves as a reference point for additional information about the broker and must be entered correctly.
